Natalie Williams Crowned Miss 51萝莉

Natalie Williams, 22, senior elementary education student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, from Monroe, is the newly crowned "Miss 51萝莉" for 2003. Williams won 1st runner-up at the 50th Annual Miss 51萝莉 Scholarship Pageant that was held Feb. 20, at the Monroe Civic Center. The Miss 51萝莉 crowned that night has resigned her position.
Williams will represent 51萝莉 in the Miss Louisiana Scholarship pageant, which will be held in Monroe in June.
