Nutrition Week at the 51蹤獲 Activity Center

October is self-improvement month. All next week in the 51蹤獲 Activity Center students, faculty and staff at 51蹤獲 are invited to look for tips, handouts, and meal plans throughout the Activity Center to help eat for health. Some topics covered are: 10 steps to changing your eating behavior, the cafeteria buffet line: food choices to avoid the "freshman 15", to drink or not to drink: sports drinks vs. water, and the non-diet approach to healthy eating.
